Hallo, mein Name ist Victoria und ich freue mich, dass ihr meine Seite anschaut. Die charmante 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt im Westen von Leipzig. Sie ist sehr lichtdurchflutet und gemütlich.
Ihr wohnt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Ein Fahrstuhl ist verfügbar und die Wohnung ist auch für Rollstuhlfahrer ohne Probleme durch eine kleine Rampe erreichbar. Ihr habt außerdem Zugang zu einem begrünten, großen Hinterhof (Garten).
Hello, my name is Victoria and I’m glad that you visit my page. My 2-room apartment is very charmant and light-flooded during the whole day. It is situated on the first floor of a pretty multi-family house. An elevator is available and even wheelchair users can easily enter the apartment by a ramp. Moreover you can feel free to use the very leafy backyard. While you stay you can use every single room of my apartment.
Leipzig’s Auenwald erreicht ihr in weniger als 15 Minuten und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Nummer 7 ist direkt vor der Haustür. (20 Minuten in die Stadt). Autofahrer erreichen außerdem in kürzester Zeit die A9.
Die Georg-Schwarz-Straße entwickelt sich mehr und mehr und zahlreiche coole Shops, Cafes etc. entstehen aktuell.
If you want to, you can reach the Auenwald in less than 15 minutes walking and the tram stop is directly in front of the house. (Tram 7 needs 25 minutes to the city centre). Also the highway is easily reachable.
Da ich die zweite Hälfte des Jahres 2020 dank Erasmussemester in Wales verbringen werde, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Wohnung. Auch Pärchen würde ich gern begrüßen, aber Wg-geeignet ist sie leider nicht.
Also falls ihr für ein paar Monate eine Bleibe im schönen Leipzig braucht, dann meldet euch gern bei mir, ich freue mich darauf. Zögert auch nicht, mich bei aufkommenden Fragen anzuschreiben.
Because i will study abroad half a year, I am going to rent my apartment to you, if you want to stay in the beautiful city Leipzig. Also couples are very welcomed, but flat sharing unfortunately won't be possible. I look forward to this, don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
