We are heading off on a little adventure and are looking for some lovely person or people to stay until February!
Internet, hot water, heating and these little extra costs are all including in the price! We are actually totally happy with 700€ just to make it even :)
It is a wonderful clean place, with a very suitable kitchen and dining space, with a very large refrigerator and freezer (always a plus) and of course a dishwasher!
A weirdly oversized bathroom with a bath and shower also with a washing machine and of course a comfortable and cosy living room with a folding out sofa for extra sleeping space, tv and bedroom.
There are two desks in separate so it’s perfect for studies (or crafts hehe)
I have afew beautiful house plants which I hope will be loved!
We are in a lovely neighbourhood, a cute little Innenhof garden, with a bike shelter and we do have a locked basement for extra storage. There are many supermarkets to choose from in the area.
A gym around the corner and public transportation is very accessible only 15 minutes from the inner city!
Only a short walk to the park and into the forest!
