wir sind eine Weile unterwegs und bieten unsere Wohung an.
Es ist eine total gemütliche Altbauwohung: alte Dielen, alte Türen, alte Öfen, ein bisschen Stuck.
Wir haben ein kleines Schlafzimmer zur Hofseite (ca. 15qm) und zwei große zur Straßenseite (20 und 22qm), außerdem natürlich Küche, Bad und seperate Toilette.
Zusätzliche Matratzen lassen sich auftreiben.
Die monatliche Miete liegt bei 500€, sagt Bescheid wann ihr ankommt/wie lange ihr bleiben wollt!
Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist top! Linie 4 fährt direkt vor der Haustür und braucht 10 Minuten zum Augustusplatz/Bahnhof.
Es gibt Rewe, Kaufland und Penny im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten. Außerdem liegt der Lene-Voigt-Park direkt ums Eck.
Am Haus wird gerade gebaut - daher haben wir eine günstige Kaltmiete, manchmal aber auch etwas Dreck und Lärm.
