Da ich im kommenden Wintersemester 18/19 ein Auslandssemester einlege, möchte ich meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung vom 01.09.2018 bis zum 31.01.2019 möbliert untervermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt am Luitpoldplatz und ist ideal für ein Pärchen oder einen Einpersonenhaushalt (nicht WG-geeignet). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ZOH ca. 5 min zu Fuß, zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad 7 min. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 65qm groß und kostet ca. 540€ warm (Internet inkl.).
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer, einen großen Eingangsbereich und einen helles Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit einer großen angrenzenden Küche. Diese beinhaltet zusätzlich eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Bad verfügt über eine Duschwanne.

as I’m leaving for a semester abroad in September, I’d like to sublet my beautiful fully furnished 2-room flat! It will be free as of 1 September 2018 until 31 January 2019.
The flat is located right in the heart of Bayreuth, close to the Luitpoldplatz and is a perfect fit for singles or a couple (not fit to share). The flat is located in a quiet street with shops and the central bus stop within 5 mins of walking distance and only 7 mins by bike to get to the campus.
The flat is about 65 sq m and costs 540€ (internet incl.) It has a separate bedroom, a large entrance and a bright living room with a large adjoining kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bath includes a bathtub.
