Hallo Hallo, ich werde zum 1.November nach Köln ziehen und somit wird meine Wohnung frei. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert mit Laminat im Wohnzimmer, dem Schlafzimmer und im Flur. Da alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig sind, habe ich bei meiner Besichtigung damals gleich gesagt: Die nehme ich, ich sehe mir keine mehr an. Optimal ist auch, dass sich in der Wohnung eine vollwertige Küche mit Herd (4 Platten) und richtigem Kühlschrank sich befindet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Gohliser Nebenstraße, so das kein Straßenlärme zu hören ist. Die S-Bahn Stadion, Kaufland, Penny usw. befindet sich nur in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung. Ein kleiner Park zur Entspannung ist sogar noch näher.
