Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes, breites Treppenhaus mit einem Hinterhof und einem Keller.
Die Wohnung hat zwei gleich große Zimmer (20qm), einen großen Flur sowie Küche und Bad. Des Weiteren befindet sich im Treppenhaus noch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Miete beinhaltet schon Wasser und Gas
Die Wohnung liegt noch recht zentral. Man kommt in 2min zur Bus/Bahnhaltestelle (Wiederitzscher Straße) und 3min zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Leipzig Möckern.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-15min auch schon am Hbf.
Man braucht ca. 10min zu Fuß zur
S-Bahnhaltestelle „Olbrichtstraße“, um mit der S3 in 30min in Halle zu sein.
Ein Rewe und ein Kaufland liegen ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt.
Am liebsten wäre es uns wenn ihr die Küche, das hohe regal im Flur, Lampen und Gardinenstangen gegen eine kleine Weitergabegebühr übernehmen würdet.
Internet sollte wenn möglich auch übernommen werden ( 30€/monat)
