This is an energetically renovated old building from the Wilhelminian period in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city. To the west, Gohlis-Süd is connected to the city centre by the parkland of Rosental with its zoological garden.
Die Wohnung liegt nur fünf Gehminuten von der S-Bahn-Station Leipzig Gohlis sowie der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Georg Schumann-/Lützowstraße entfernt und ist somit sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Am Hauptbahnhof/im Zentrum ist man in gut 20 Minuten, zur Universität/Uniklinik sind es nur ein paar Minuten mehr.
Buchstäblich ums Eck befinden sich ein REWE und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ebenso sind Parks und Naherholungsgebiete (u.a. der Auwald) sehr nah.
Die Messe Leipzig und die A14 bzw. A9 erreicht man mit dem Auto in nur 15 Minuten, der Flughafen ist nur wenig weiter weg.

The flat is only a five-minute walk from Leipzig Gohlis S-Bahn station and the Georg Schumann-/Lützowstraße tram stop and is therefore very well connected to public transport. The main railway station/city centre is a good 20 minutes away, and it is only a few minutes more to the university/university hospital.
A REWE supermarket and other shopping facilities are literally around the corner, and parks and recreational areas (including the Auwald forest) are also very close by.
The Leipzig Trade Fair Centre and the A14 and A9 motorways are only 15 minutes away by car, and the airport is only a little further away.
Die Miete beträgt 950 Euro, darin sind die Betriebskosten (aufgrund der aktuellen Situation bei den Energiekosten erfolgte schon eine Anpassung der Abschlagskosten) sowie Internet und Strom enthalten. Eine Wohnungsanmeldung ist möglich.
