Neben einem King-Size Bett ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kleiderschrank, einer freistehenden Kleiderstange sowie Bügelbrett + -eisen & Wäscheständer ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer liegt günstig, da durch den Innenhof die Stadtgeräusche kaum wahrzunehmen sind.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, eine Dusche sowie selbstverständlich WC, Spülbecken, Spiegel und Ablageflächen.
Das geräumige und helle Wohnzimmer verfügt neben einer Couch, einem Flachbild TV, einer guten 5.1 Soundanlage auch über einen Balkonzugang. Der Balkon ist groß genug um hier Abends zu zweit ein Bierchen zu trinken. Außerdem sind im Wohnzimmer noch ein großer Schreibtisch und (ausziehbarer) Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen zu finden. (Schreibtisch ohne PC + Monitor + PC Boxen wie auf dem Bild anders zu sehen).
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Spüle, 2 Induktionskochplatten, Töpfen+Pfannen, Besteck und Geschirr. Der Kühlschrank verfügt über ein Gefrierfach.

The bedroom is equipped with a King-Size bed, a wardrobe, electric iron etc.. It is facing the patio, leaving you with little to no noise from the city.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, shower etc.
In the living room you'll find a couch, TV, sound system, access to the balcony - which has enough space for 2, a dining table + 4 chairs and a desk to work at.
The kitchen is fully equipped incl. cutlery, dishes, 2 induction cooking plates and pots + pans

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 Gehminute von der nächsten Tram Station entfernt. Von hier fahren die Linien 8 und 15 (ca. 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt, 15 Minuten zum HBf). In weniger als 3 Minuten ist man beim nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. Auch der Lindenauer-Markt (ca. 4 Minuten) ist super schnell zu erreichen und lockt mit zwei mal wöchentlichem Obst- & Gemüsemarkt, Kaufland, dm etc.
Die Wohnung ist auch für Berufspendler gut gelegen, da die Verbindungsstraße zur A9 in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt und man sich das "durch Leipzig fahren" spart. Zudem ist die Parksituation vor der Wohnung sehr entspannt.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nur durch eine Querstraße vom Szeneviertel Plagwitz getrennt. Hier findet man viele Kneipen, Clubs und andere Ausgehmöglichkeiten.

The next tram station is located in less than 1 minute walking distance. Here you have access to Trams 8 and 15, which take 10 minutes to the city centre and 15 to the main station. For shopping you will find the next grocery store in less than 3 minutes and Lindenauer Markt (4 minutes) offers you the possibility to shop fresh vegetables and fruits twice a week along with a big supermarket chain and a drug store.
Suitable for professionals as well, since you are quickly at A9, saving time not having to drive through most of Leipzig and you will have no trouble finding a parking spot in front of the flat.
The flat is really close to Plagwitz, the trendy district of Leipzig where you will find lots of bars, clubs and other venues.
