Da ich beruflich unterwegs bin, wird meine schöne, helle Wohnung vom 28.03.-07.04.24 frei! Über die genauen Daten können wir aber gerne nochmal sprechen.
Die Miete für den genannten Zeitraum beträgt mit allen Nebenkosten 260€.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau, gut isoliert, im 4. Stock, und zum Glück gibt es auch einen Fahrstuhl.
Es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung, aber die Decken sind sehr hoch. Wohnen und Schlafen sind getrennt.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche und Fenster, Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht - Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kochtöpfe etc.
Highlight ist natürlich der große Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer von Plagwitz/Lindenau!

Since I'm traveling for work, my beautiful, bright apartment is free from 28.03.-07.04.24 !
The rent for the period mentioned is 260€ with all utilities.
The apartment is a new building, well insulated, on the 4th floor, and luckily there is also an elevator.
Living and sleeping are separated.
The bathroom has a shower and window, washing machine is also available and can be used.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking pots, etc.
Highlight is of course the large balcony with views over the rooftops of Plagwitz/Lindenau!
Die Wohnung ist ca. 2 min zu Fuß vom Karl-Heine-Kanal entfernt. Zur belebten Karl-Heine-Straße läuft man ca. 10 min. Die Straßenbahnen 15, 3, 8 und 14 sind jeweils 5 min entfernt - also man kommt schnell in die Stadt - und der nächste Konsum ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Der Balkon ist zum Innenhof raus, also sehr ruhig und grün.

The apartment is about 2 min walk from the Karl-Heine canal. To the lively Karl-Heine-Strasse you walk about 10 min. The streetcars 15, 3, 8 and 14 are each 5 min away - so you get quickly into the city - and the nearest consumer is also just around the corner.
The balcony is out to the inner courtyard, so very quiet and green.
ACHTUNG:
In der Wohnung gibt es kein W-Lan! Ich selber nutze nur mobiles Internet und das funktioniert für mich sehr gut.
Ansonsten würde ich mich sehr über eine/n nette/n, saubere/n Zwischenmieter/in freuen und super wäre es auch, wenn meine Pflanzen ab und zu etwas zu trinken bekämen!
Schreib einfach kurz etwas über Dich, wenn Du Interesse hast und wir machen was aus.

I would be very happy about a nice, clean intermediate tenant and it would be great if my plants get something to drink from time to time!
