Die Wohnung besitzt ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei schönen großen Fenstern zur Südwestseite (eher Süd) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Arbeitsbereich. Aus dem Wohnzimmer kommt man über eine Schiebetür ins Schlafzimmer. Beide Zimmer sind offen und frei gestaltet, dass mehr als genug Platz für Bewegung ist.
Das Badezimmer ist groß genug für eine einzelne Person. Mit einer Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette, Waschmaschine und einem Wascheständer - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Von der Toilette aus ist der Rabet Park zu sehen.
Die Küche ist auch ziemlich groß für eine einzelne Person. Sie ist in die Länge gezogen und besitzt eine 3m lange Küchenzeile.
The flats living room has two big windows and is faced to the southwest side (more south though) and has a working space. From there you can reach the bedroom through sliding doors. In both rooms there's quite a lot of free space to move around (like dancing, doing sports or yoga or whatever you need space for).
The bathroom got a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and a washing horse - so all you need. While sitting on the toilet, you can observe some people in the Rabet park. :D
The kitchen is also quite huge for just one person. It's more of a elongated space and there's a 3m long kitchenette.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Rabet Park gelegen, somit Bedarf es nur die Treppen runterzugehen und Mensch steht dann schon im Park. Der Elsa Park ist auch ganz nah gelegen.
Zur Eisi sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten, genau so wie zur nächsten Haltestelle. Paar Minuten mehr und dort befindet sich auch das Einkaufszentrum Reuditz, wobei hier auch etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, wie East Organic, Aldi, Konsum, ... aber auch viele Imbisse und Bäckereien.
The flat is located just next to Rabet. You'd just need to walk down the stairs and you'd be standing in the park. Some minutes away there's the Elsapark.
You can reach the Eisenbahnstraße in just some minutes, where you can find the next stops and a bunch of different shops, like for example East Organic, Konsum, Aldi, ...and a really huge variety where you may grab something to eat.
Also there's the Reudnitz Einkaufszentrum just some more minutes away, where you can find basically anything. Behind that there's the Lene-Voigt Park.
Wir können gerne in Absprache gehen, wie lange du hier wohnen wollen würdest und wieviel Platz ich dir machen sollte. Das ist alles noch abzuklären und veränderbar. :)
Ich würde es bevorzugen, wenn du deine eigene Schlafsachen hast - wenn nicht, würden wir das aber auch hinbekommen.
Mir liegt es sehr am Herzen, dass hier eine Person weilt, der ich Vertrauen schenken kann und trotzdem würde ich auf eine kleine Kaution bestehen für mein Wohlempfinden. Über das Miete je nach Dauer können wir auch gerne sprechen.

I would prefer if you'd have your own stuff for the bed, but we could talk about that too.
To me it's really important to feel comfortable with the person staying here and respecting my space. Still I would like to get a lil deposit. Also we definitely can talk about the rent according to the amount of days staying here.
