The apartment is located 2 minutes away by feet from different parcs and the forest. By bike you can reach the lake in 30 Minutes. All rooms are big (living room, bedroom, bathroom) and there is a balcony oriented to the West: evening sun!
Berlin people this is your chance to spend a few weeks in the calm and surrounded by nature FOR FREE! (I had to put a number as a Kaltmiete but since this is a swap I don't this you should pay.)
I am looking to swap apartments with someone who lives in Berlin, any neighborhood, I will accept to have less space than in Leipzig, 1-room apartments or room in a WG will be considered too!
Dates: I would like to be in Berlin for 1 to 2 weeks, anytime between now and the 9th of August.
