Die beiden Zimmer sind geräumig und in einem ist an Möbeln von Bett über Schrank bis zum Schreibtisch alles da. Das andere verfügt über ein Hochbett und ein weiteres Bett sowie zwei Sessel. Die Wohnung besteht sonst aus einer großen Küche mit E-Herd, Kühlschrank und allem was man so erwarten darf, sowie einem Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt im Westen der Stadt. Viele Supermärkte, Läden, Bars und Cafés sind fußläufig. Mit den Straßenbahnen 1, 2 und 3, die alle in der Nähe abfahren, gelangt man in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Buslinien 60 bringt einen schnell in den Süden und Osten Leipzigs.

The rooms are spacious and one is fully furnished while the other currently only holds a high bed and two armchairs. As for the rest of the flat: it boasts a large bathroom with a tub and a washing machine as well as a sizeable kitchen equipped with everything you may expect.
The flat is situated in the west of the city and supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bars and cafes can be found within a walking distance. Last but not least, the flat is well connected with the city centre by three different tram lines that depart from close by and the bus no. 60 brings you to the southern and Eastern boroughs in no time.
