Da Ich ab 01.09. eine Dozentur in Ausland antreten werde suche für meine schöne, ruhige Wohnung eine Zwischenmieter*in.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Küche, Schrank, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine...also alle wichtigste Sachen sind da). Aldi gegenüber, Clara Zettkin Park 5 minute zu Fuss, tolle Lage in Leipzig.
Flexibilitäten (falls jemand interesse hat):
- Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer also man kann als WG auch benutzen.
- Falls jemand allein die Wohnung mieten möchte aber brauch nur ein Zimmer, man kann die Preis in dem Fall anpassen.
