Hallo,
In the months of March, April and, if it is necessary, also May there will be a space free.
Usually we live, work and spend our time there. But because of an internship in Czech Republic Gustav Franz and me offer the half of our flat now.
So, if you're planning to be in Leipzig / Lipsia this spring or if you know a person, which wants to stay here, contact us.
It's ideal as temporary solution or a self-appointed scholarship.
For 265 € per month you could rent a room of 22 m² - heated by oven, a kitchen with balcony, a small bath-room with a window, internet and a big corridor.
We're able to arrange the furnitures how you need. Just the piano is fixed. But even so, it's possible to live alone or together with a second associated / intimate person. The house is old and full with different people, which live together in WG'S or families. But the climate is calm.
Riebeckstr. is located in one of the calm quarters of the city, called "Reudnitz-Thonberg".
But it is also very near to the centre, the forest and all the numerous locations of art and culture
(f.e. the areas of "Plagwitz" and "Lindenau"). (By bike it is very simple to reach of everything you need).
Also a lot of students from everywhere are whirling around these days and small families fix their spaces in here.
Our plan says that we will stay from time to time on weekends in Leipzig; so you will not be alone in the flat all the time, but most of it.
In May Mr. Franz and his daughter will be back and they want to live of course again in their rooms, but it wouldn't be a problem if there's another quiet companionable person more.
It would be cheerful for us to know our rooms in good hands for the time of our stay in Prague.
So don't hesitate to contact us soon, for a meeting or a longer conversation.
