I rent this beautiful furnished flat between September 2022 and October 2022 since i am travelling.
I'm not there myself, so I rent the rooms individually or as a 2-room apartment, depending on what works better.
The flat would be good for a couple for example.
I make music myself, but I make sure that the volume is moderate. I wish the same from you ;-) Overall, my studio is upstairs, downstairs is my bedroom.
A relaxed, clean, open, friendly interaction is important to me.

ich vermiete dieses schöne möblierte Wohnung zwischen September 2022 bis Oktober 2022 - die Daten sind nach hinten noch etwas flexibel.
Ich bin selbst auf nicht da und so vermiete ich die Zimmer einzeln oder als 2 Raum Wohnung, jeh nachdem was besser klappt. Wer sich zuerst meldet. Die Zweiraum Wohnung wäre zum Beispiel gut für ein Pärchen.
Ich mache selbst Musik, achte aber darauf, dass die Lautstärke moderat ist. Das wünsche ich mir auch von dir ;-) Insgesamt ist mein Studio oben, unten ist mein Schlafzimmer.
Ein sauberer, entspannter, freundlicher Umgang ist mir wichtig.
Bitte meld dich nur, wenn wirkliches Interesse besteht. Lass und dann gern telefonieren oder auch skypen, ich finde da kann man am besten sehen, ob es passt.

Das Haus liegt in Altstadtnähe. In Reudnitz, 5min mit dem Fahrrad vom Augustusplatz entfernt. Von der Haltestelle Breitestraße, welche sich quasi direkt vor der Tür befindet, bist du innerhalb von 10min am Hbf. Der Lene-Voigt-Park ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt und liegt in der Parallelstraße. Penny und Kaufland liegen nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt auf dem Täubchenweg in Richtung Stadt. Und - ganz wichtig: Die Substanz, eine Bar in der es super Burger gibt und die mit Leipzigs schönstem Biergarten ausgestattet ist liegt auch direkt nebenan!!
