Helle Wohnung am Mariannenpark zur Zwischenmiete

Da unsere kleine Familie im Mai/Juni mit Bus and Baby 🚌 umherdüsen wird, wäre unsere Wohnung für diese 2 Monate unterzuvermieten, vom 1. Mai bis 30. Juni.

Zur vermieten wären 2 Zimmer (von insgesamt dreien), also ein Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer (kleineres Zimmer) gibt es ein großes Bett (1,80m breit) und das Wohnzimmer wäre auch als zweites Schlafzimmer nutzbar, da dort ein 1,40m Sofa steht, das auch als Bett nutzbar wäre (siehe Foto), die Wohnung wäre also auch WG-geeignet. Es gibt eine schöne helle voll ausgestattete Küche, ein sehr großes Bad mit Badewanne und einen Balkon, alles nach Süden ausgerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind voll möbliert, versteht sich. Dazu würde es ein paar Pflanzen zur Pflege geben. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Haustür.

Our little family is going to travel from approx. beginning of May until the end of June and are subletting our nice apartment for 2 months. The flat is completely furnished and appropriate for flat share. We are subletting two from three bedrooms. You would rent one bedroom with a huge bed (1.80x2m), a very sunny and big bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a huge sofa that can be used as a second bed as well (1.40x2m) and a fully furnished kitchen including a fridge, cooker/oven, dishwasher etc. Furthermore, there is a very nice and sunny (facing the south) balcony, that can be accessed from the kitchen. The flat comes with some plants that would be happy if someone could take care of them. :)
The rent is 575€ per month, including all bills.
