während ich unterwegs auf Reisen bin, kannst du bei mir einziehen!
Meine Wohnung ist geräumig, bunt und gemütlich und hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, ein Bad mit Wanne und Tageslicht sowie eine großzügige Küche zum Kochen und Verweilen.
Und nicht zu vergessen: ein schön grüner Balkon mit Blick auf einen großzügigen Garten mit Bäumen.
Part des Deals wäre, dass du während deines Aufenthaltes meine Pflanzenlieblinge pflegst. Im Gegenzug verschönern sie deinen Aufenthalt auf alle Fälle mit Wohnlichkeit und guter Luft :)
Da es sich nur um einen kurzen Zeitraum handelt, würde ich die allermeisten meiner Sachen in meiner Wohnung lassen, würde aber selbstverständlich so viel Platz wie du brauchst für dich einrichten.

My flat is spacious, colorful and comfy with a bedroom, a living room, that has an office desk as well, a big bright bath with a bathtub and a spacious kitchen to cook and hang out.
And not to forget: a very lush balcony looking into a big yard with nice trees.
Part of the deal would be, that you take care of my many plants that accompany you while being here. They make your stay more homely for sure in return. So text me, when you're a plantlover and willing to help them stay alive!
Since it's a short time only I would leave most of my stuff in my flat, but could arrange as much space for you as needed.
Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, obwohl in der Nähe von verschiedenen Supermärkten, Restaurants, der Gorki- und Eisenbahnstraße, die ziemlich lebhaft sind und wo sich auch coole Bars befinden. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Stannebeinplatz“ ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Stöckelstraße“ sogar noch etwas näher, 3 min Fußweg.
Der Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt sind nur 5 Stationen entfernt, das sind nur 10 Minuten Fahrt. Mit dem Rad bist du genauso schnell!
The direct neighborhood is very calm, although close to different supermarkets, restaurants, Gorki- and Eisenbahnstraße, which are quite vibrant and where you find cool bars as well. The tram station "Stannebeinplatz" is only 4 minutes by foot, and the tram station "Stöckelstraße" even a little bit closer, 3 min walking distance.
The main station and the city center are only 5 stations away, which is only a 10 minutes ride. You are just as fast by bike!
Es wäre super, wenn du eine Haftpflichtversicherung nachweisen kannst, denn es kann ja immer mal versehentlich was kaputt gehen und so sparen wir uns ganz einfach Ärger.
