Ich suche ein*e Nachmieter*in für meine Wohnung in der Ostheimstrasse. Sie wäre ab Anfang August frei.
Ihr habt dort 2 schöne große Räume, die ihr als Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer nutzen könnt. Eine Einbauküche wäre bereits vorhanden und einen Balkon, Kellerzugang und einen kleinen Abstellraum auf dem Flur gibt es auch. Weiterhin ist vor dem Balkon ein kleines Zimmer, welches als Büro oder Hobbyraum genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Ostheimstrasse entfernt und man ist schnell in Reudnitz/der Eisenbahnstrasse und auch in der Innenstadt.
Die Lage ist direkt an dem Friedhof Sellerhausen und daher sehr ruhig. Nach vorne schaut ihr auf die Straße, die wenig befahren ist und nach hinten auf eine Grünfläche. Also alles in allem ist die Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral.
