Schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung

Es handelt sich um eine gut geschnittene 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit separater Küche und Bad. Beide Zimmer sind relativ ähnlich groß. Dadurch ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall WG-tauglich.

Ein Kellerabteil gehört dazu.

Die Wohnung wirkt durch Parkett (in Zimmern und Flur) bzw. Fliesen (Küche und Bad), sowieTüren aus Vollholz mit Verglasung sehr elegant. Das in den 90er Jahren vollständig renovierte denkmalgeschützte Haus besticht vor allem durch ihren Altbau-Charme.

Eins der Zimmer ist in Pastelrosa angemalt (genauer gesagt: "Satin Lining No. 415" von ELLE Decoration). Ich finde es eine total schöne und beruhigend wirkende Wandfarbe, und hoffe, du auch. Denn es wird von dir so übernommen. Der Rest der Wohnung ist weiß.

Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Übernahme von einigen Küchengeräten bzw. -möbeln Voraussetzung für die Anmietung, und zwar: Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Wandschrank, Unterschränke und Spüle. Aber keine Sorge, die Abstandszahlung beträgt nur 150,00 Euro.

Es wird mit Öl geheizt. In meiner Erfahrung ist die monatliche Heizkostenvorauszahlung gut berechnet. Aber das hängt natürlich vom individuellen Verbrauch ab.

The apartment looks very elegant with parquet flooring (in rooms and hallway) and tiles (kitchen and bathroom), as well as solid wood doors with glazing. I also find the house, which was completely renovated in the 90s, somehow classy.

One of the rooms is painted in pastel pink (more precisely: "Satin Lining No. 415" by ELLE Decoration). I think it's a totally beautiful and calming wall color, and I hope you do too. Because it will be taken over by you in this color. The rest of the apartment is white.

The apartment is rented unfurnished. Nevertheless, the takeover of some kitchen appliances or furniture is a prerequisite for the lease, namely: Refrigerator, electric stove, wall cabinet, base cabinets and sink. But do not worry, the payment is only 150.00 euros.

It is heated with oil. In my experience, the monthly advance payment for heating is well calculated. But of course it depends on individual consumption.

Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.11.2023 anzumieten, aber ich ziehe knapp eine Woche davor aus.
