Das Gebäude ist ruhig, die Aussicht ist wunderbar (meiner Meinung nach).
Oh, und das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß.
Es ist mit allem, was grundlegend ist, ausgestattet. Bettdecke und Kopfkissen nicht enthalten.
Die Miete beinhaltet Nebenkosten.

Hallo. This is a 2 bedroom shared flat located in a really ideal location.
The building is quiet, the view is wonderful (in my opinion).
Oh, and the room is quite big.
It comes furnished with everything basic included. Duvet and pillows not included.
The rent includes utilities.
Washing machine facility is in the basement...
Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso Rewe und Aldi.
15 Minuten zum HBF und auch ins Zentrum.
Tram and bus stops are 5 minutes away, so is Rewe and Aldi.
15 minutes to the HBF and the center, too.
Mein Mitbewohner und ich verstehen uns extrem gut, wir sind beide sehr saubere Menschen und räumen lieber hinter uns auf und hinterlassen dem anderen keine Sauerei.
Wir würden uns gerne mit Ihnen treffen, bevor wir endgültige Entscheidungen treffen, aber auch vorher ist ein Zoom-Call mehr als willkommen.

My flatmate and I have an extremely good understanding, we are both very clean people and prefer to clean up after ourselves and not leave a mess for the other person.
