Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter ab Anfang/Mitte April für meine Wohnung.
Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Hinterhauses und ist somit sehr ruhig gelgegen.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca.20m²) und ein Schlafzimmer (ca.13m²).
Außerdem gibt es ein Tageslichbad.
Teile der Küchenzeile sowie die Waschmaschine kann gegen einen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
Aktuell zahle ich 430 Euro Warmmiete.
Meldet euch einfach und schaut sie euch an.
