The apartment has a fantastic location on the peaceful and quiet Kochstrasse in Leipzig's Südvorstadt, parallel to the lively Karl-Liebknecht Str. and close to the Kurt-Eisner Str. crossing. It is very close (only a short walking distance) to many great bars, restaurants, and shops as well as public transport (4 min walk to trams 10 and 11). Perfect for students and young professionals.
The new tenant should agree to buy the built-in kitchen, freezer, washing machine, and sofa bed for a very reasonable price (around €600 euros total) since I am unable to take them with me. Most of the remaining furniture, including the bed, dining table, chairs, and book shelves, is also for sale if there is interest.
