Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Wohnung (in die wir gerade erst ganz begeistert eingezogen sind) an liebevolle Zwischenmieter:innen unter. Die Wohnung hat einen etwas witzigen Schnitt mit zwei Fluren, einem großen offenen Wohnbereich mit sehr gemütlichem Erker, eine angrenzende Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, einem Arbeitszimmer und einem kleinen aber feinen Bad. Am besten geeignet wäre sie für ein Paar, aber für eine WG lässt sich das Arbeitszimmer gegebenenfalls auch zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer umfunktionieren.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer vollständigen Küche, brandneuem Kühlschrank & Waschmaschine und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Küchen- und Haushaltgeräte lassen wir alles da, und können nach Absprache auch Platz im Kleiderschrank machen.
Die Miete von 500€ für die zwei Wochen (ist ein bisschen weniger als wir zahlen, weil ihr euch ja um unsere Katzen kümmert) ist all inclusive, also mit Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser und schnellem WLAN.

We're subletting our beautiful apartment (that we just very happily moved into) to any caring subtenants :). Internationals very welcome - Indians especially, as I'll be visiting your beautiful country in the meantime!
The apartment has a bit of a funny layout with two short hallways, an open living area with great comfy bay window, an adjacent kitchen, a relaxing bedroom with a balcony, an office and a small but well equipped bathroom. The apartment would be best for a couple, but for a WG, the office could be easily rearranged into a second bedroom as well. The apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, brand new fridge and washing machine and everything else you might need. We will leave all kitchen and household stuff, and can make some space for your clothes if required.
The rent of 500€ for the two weeks (which is a bit less than we pay, since you're taking care of our cats) includes everything from heating, water, electricity and fast WiFi.
Die wunderschöne Lage ist in der gemütlichen Leipziger Südvorstadt, einem Wohnviertel mit Gründerzeitflair - perfekt für abendliche Spaziergänge durch die Straßen, aber auch ganz nah an der Natur. In 5 Minuten ist man am Fockeberg oder direkt am Fluß und mit dem Fahrrad auch in 15 Minuten am See. Die Südvorstadt ist voll mit Bars und Restaurants, die man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreicht.
Die Innenstadt erreicht man ebenfalls in 15 Minuten mit den Öffis, 10 Minuten mit dem Rad, genauso schnell geht's nach Connewitz, Plagwitz und in alle anderen aufregenden Stadtteile :)
Ein besonderer Genuss ist unser verlängerter Kühlschrank - der Konsum gegenüber - der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat und das Leben sehr viel leichter macht. :) Ansonsten befinden sich in der Nähe auch ein zweiter Konsum, ein Aldi, ein Lidl, ein Unverpackt-Laden und bestimmt noch diverses anderes, was wir noch nicht entdeckt haben.

One of the best things about the apartment is its location in the cute Leipziger Südvorstadt, a residential area of beautiful Gründerzeit design with a ton of bars and restaurants closeby. Perfect for evening strolls, but also very close to nature: 5 minutes to a small hill (Fockeberg) or to the river, 15 minutes by bike to the lake.
The innercity (station) can be accessed by tram or bus in 15 minutes and 10 minutes by bike. As quickly you can get to Connewitz, Plagwitz and all the other exciting areas.
A special treat is our extend fridge just outside the house - the Konsum supermarket with opening hours until 10 pm. Makes life much easier :) You can also find a second Konsum, an Aldi, Lidl and a unpackaged store in the area, and most likely much more we haven't discovered yet.
Wichtig: zwei Mitbewohner bleiben euch erhalten, denn unsere beiden Kater (Gorki & Smillo) dürfen idealerweise in ihrem Zuhause bleiben. Deshalb wäre es wichtig, dass ihr Katzen mögt und Lust habt, euch für die Zeit um sie zu kümmern (im Wesentlichen: Füttern, Spielen, Katzenklo - alles Material kommt natürlich von uns). Die beiden sind noch jung, pflegeleicht, natürlich supersüß und bleiben in der Wohnung.
Meldet euch doch gerne, wenn ihr Interesse habt. Einzug wäre am 1. oder 3. September möglich, beim Auszug sind wir etwas flexibler zwischen dem 12. und 16.9.

Please note: our two kitties (Gorki & Smillo) will stay with you, so it's very important you like cats and don't mind taking care of them (it's an easy job, promise :) - we'll provide all the food, litter and toys of course). The boys are young, easy-going, super cute of course, and stay in the apartment.
Moving in would be possible either on the 1st oder the 3rd of September. We're a bit more flexible with the date you would have to move out between the 12th and the 16th of September.
