Ich suche für den 1.1. einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Volkmarsdorf, da ich wegen einer neuen Stelle aus Leipzig weggehe. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine große Küche und ein großzügiges Bad. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Gasofen und einer Spüle. Geheizt wird die Wohnung mit Kohleöfen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, und in 10 Minuten an der Campus-Uni. Um die Ecke sind Aldi und Netto. In der Nähe ist der Mariannenpark, in dem man gut joggen kann.
Die Wohnung ist groß und unglaublich günstig. Man kann entweder alleine darin wohnen, oder sie ist auch groß genug für zwei Leute. Die 40€ Nebenkosten teilen sich auf in 15€ Abschlagszahlung für Gas und 25€ für Strom. Und damit kommt man auch gut hin.
