WGT - zentrumsnahe 3-Zimmer-Wohnung / 3-room-apartment

Wir vermieten unsere zentrumsnahe 3 Raum-Wohnung im Osten Leipzigs und in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs (5 Minuten mit der Bahn, Linie 3 und 8 direkt vor der Tür) für die Zeit des WGT oder auch früher. Die Wohnung ist frei ab Freitag, 15.5. bis Montag, 25.5.15. Die gemütliche und super ruhige Wohnung hat 2 große Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Spiegel. Auch in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer gibt es noch einen großen Spiegel zum Schminken. Es stehen 2 Betten mit großen Matratzen bereit, desweiteren noch ein Einzelbett, sowie eine Matratze auf dem Boden. Es können also komfortabel 6 Leute hier schlafen, wer Lust auf Isomatte und Schlafsack hat, findet aber auch reichlich Platz. Internet und Garten zum Grillen stehen zur Verfügung, genauso wie frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Miete beträgt 30€/Pers. pro Nacht, für Bodenschläfer 20€/Pers. pro Nacht - allerdings alles Verhandlungsbasis! (Possible from May 15 until May 25). You can use the entire apartment which consists of two big bedrooms (one of them has a big mirror!), a nice living room a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub and a mirror. We offer 2 beds, each with a big queen-size mattress, 1 single bed and a mattress on the floor, so 6 comfortable sleeping spots in total. If you bring your own mattress and sleeping bag there will also be plenty of space to sleep on the floor. Garden for BBQs, internet, fresh towels and bed sheets will be included.
