Perfekt für 2er WG, Paare oder ganz für dich alleine! Du hättest die komplette Wohnung für dich, es gibt 2 Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche sowie einen Balkon und Garten. Es ist komplett möbliert mit viel schöner Vintage Einrichtung :) Alles ist vorhanden und ich würde sagen, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ich selbst liebe meine Wohnung , hab mich nun aber entschieden nach Berlin zu gehen. Ich würde sie möbliert (unter)vermieten, vllt sogar mit option auf Übernahme.

Die Bülowstraße ist eine sehr ruhige, schöne Straße, die lebendige Eisenbahnstraße ist jedoch um die Ecke. Lidl, und Konsum sowie Späti sind in 5 Min erreichbar. Die nächste Haltestelle ist Geisslerstraße oder Torgauer Platz, ansonsten ist per Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen.
Das Bülowviertel ist mega entspannt, es gibt sogar einen Garten am Haus den du benutzen kannst!
This cozy 2 room Flat with big kitchen and balcony is to be subletted from End of December/begin of January as long as you wish for. I am flexible about how long, just ask. Can be 1 month or longer. Flat is completely furniture and you have all you need. There is a bed in one room and a sleeping couch in the other.
