Hi ich bin Camill. Ich ziehe mit ein paar Freunden zusammen und suche deshalb einen Nachfolger für diese schöne Wohnung. Sie liegt super nah am Uniklinikum, an der Albi und natürlich der Karli. Die Wohnung hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit anliegender Küche, ein Bad und ein schönes Schlafzimmer.
Die Vermieter sind ein Paar aus Nürnberg. Sie sind sehr lieb und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist teils vormöbliert (Waschmaschine, Küche, Bett, Sofa, Schrank, Stehlampe und der Küchentisch). Ich hab die Sachen mitbenutzt, aber wenn du sie nicht haben möchtest gibt es auch ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung.

PS: die Lage die auf der WG-Gesucht Map angezeigt wird ist falsch. Meine Wohnung liegt in Zentrum Süd:)
