Lichtdurchflutet, tolle Lage || Lots of light, great location

Hallo,

wir sind auf der Suche nach Nachmietern für unsere Wohnung. Hier ein paar Stichpunkte:

- lichtdurchflutet! Viele große Fenster in allen Zimmern (nach Osten und Westen).
- tolle Lage. Gleich am Willhelm-Leuschner Platz, in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum zu Fuß
- mit Küche (neuer Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Schränke -- 200 Euro Übernahmepreis)
- WG- geeignet (2er WG)
- super geschnitten. Alle Räume (ja, auch die Küche!) haben einen gute, ausgeglichene Größe
- sehr nette Betreuung durch unsere Sachbearbeiterin bei der LWB

Hello,

we are looking for somebody to take over our apartment. Here a few key facts:

- lots of light! Big windows in every single room (facing East and West)
- great location! Right off Willhelm-Leuschner Platz (you are downtown within minutes by foot!)
- comes with kitchen (yay!). New stove/oven, refrigerator and of course cupboards (200 Euros one-time payment)
- flat-share totally possible for two people.
- great layout, all rooms have a nice size (even the kitchen, surprise surprise ;) )
- owner of the apartment is the LWB and the lady responsible for our flat is just awesome (probably the easiest landlord in all of Leipzig, though they sometimes struggle with English in the main office but I'm more than happy to help during the transition time if you have issues)
