Wir gehen in den Sommerferien ins Ausland und bieten deshalb unsere schöne und sehr freundliche Wohnung im Dachgeschoss zur Zwischenmiete. Es handelt sich um eine möblierte Einraumwohnung mit Schlaf-und-Wohnzimmer mit Küche und einem groβen und hellen Tageslichtbad. Das Schlaf-und-Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist durch eine Wand geteilt, so dass Du das Bett nicht den ganzen Tag anschauen musst und deine Ruhe beim Schlafen oder Lesen hast. In der Küche findest Du alles, was Du brauchst, und zwar einen Kühlschrank, einen Induktionsherd, an dem Kochen sehr schnell und angenehm ist, und einen hohen Echtholztisch, der fast wie Schanktisch ist, weswegen der Raum sehr freundlich und jugendlich wirk. Das Geschirr ist natürlich vorhanden. In dem Schlaf-und-Wohnbereich gibt es insgesamt drei groβe Fenster, die nach Nord-West gerichtet sind. So bekommst Du am Abend ein bisschen Sonne, aber trotzdem ist es im Sommer nicht zu heiβ.
Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch! Die Straβenbahn 1,2 und 14 fährt 5 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum und die Haltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und auch zu Fuβ braucht man kaum 15 Minuten zu laufen. Der beliebte Clara Zetkin Park, sowie das Konsum - Geschäft sind beide nur um die Ecke.
Der Preis für alles (mit Strom und 300GB Internet) ist 360 Euro, Kaution 500 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist für Singles oder ein Pärchen geeignet.
Keine Haustiere erlaubt und nur für Nichtraucher.

Since we're leaving Leipzig to spend our summer vacation abroad, we offer our beautiful and friendly apartment for sublease. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom, separated by a wall and a curtain, so it works like a 2 room apartment. The penthouse apartment also has a bathroom with natural light and comes completely furnished, which means you don't have to worry about things like dishes, vacuum cleaner or a washing machine. Whether you spent the summer in Leipzig or you need time to search for an apartment, this is your chance. The location is almost city centre, which you can reach using the public transportation ( lines 1,2,14 ) which is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment, or you can use a bike and reach the city centre in 5 minutes. Although in a peaceful neighbourhood, it is very close to both biggest city park Clara-Zetkin and the famous Karli, filled with bars, restaurants and cultural events.
The price of the apartment is even better, you get everything including Internet for 360 Euro, which is almost impossible to find considering the location.
The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple.
