wir suchen nette Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Leipziger Westen.
Sie befindet sich in einer super Lage, ein paar Meter von der Karl Heine Str. entfernt. Gute Anbindung zu ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Netto, Späti).
Die Wohnung ist super für ein Paar oder Singles, allerdings nicht so gut für eine WG geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer vom Flur nicht ganz getrennt ist.
Noch ein paar wichtige Informationen:
Für die Waschmaschine gibt es einen Platz im Keller.
EBK ist mit Spülmaschine.
