We are subletting our lovely and light 3 room apartment (1st Room 20sqm, 2nd 12sqm) a big, very sunny living room with a balcony to the south.
It is ideal for a couple or two people who know each other.
The apartment is semi furnished. There are 2 sideboards, 1 wardrobe, 2 tables, 6 chairs, two chairs for the balcony, a table for the balcony, 1 bed 100 x 200cm, 1 bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove and oven. A basic set of dishes, pots etc for cooking is also provided.
The bathroom has a tub.
The appartment has all necessities, but plenty of room for yourself.
