Upon entering, you can access the kitchen via a small entrance area, the directly connected living room, and a separate bedroom. The bedroom has a large and new box-spring double bed (1.80x2m). The living area is equipped with an extendable box-spring couch with high-quality permanent sleeper mattress (1.60x2m), which is ideal for 2 people. A sumptuous 42-inch TV with Netflix and sky complete package as well as Wi-Fi are available for free use. The kitchen has modern equipment with fully automatic coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The spacious bathroom has a very large walk-in shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
An elevator offers barrier-free access to the apartment.

The flat is located right in the middle of the city centre. In a circle of 300m you'll find the market place, the central station, the popular Auerbachs Keller, the opera house and plenty of cafés and restaurants. Just a few stations away you can reach the zoo, the stadium or the tiny city harbour, called "Stadthafen" to start an amazing paddle boat tour through the canals of Leipzig.
