Ich werde für 6 Wochen nicht in Leipzig sein und meine geliebte Wohnung in der Zeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon in Richtung gemeinsam zu nutzendem Garten und ein Wohnzimmer, was direkt mit der Küche verbunden ist. Dort sind eine Einbauküche und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Bad mit Dusche ist klein aber fein.
Leider gibt es keinen Kellerraum.

I'm gonna leave Leipzig for 6 weeks and will rent my beloved flat within this time. The flat consists of one bedroom and one livingroom which is connected to the kitchen. In the kitchen you can also find a washing machine. The bedroom has a balcony which is pointed to the direction of the shared garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and is small but nice.
Unfortunately there is no cellar.
Die Lage ist super. In 1 Minute ist man am Lindenauer Markt, wo es unter anderem Kaufland und dm gibt. Auch Bars (vor allem in der Georg-Schwarz-Straße) und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Karl-Heine-Straße braucht es zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten.

The flat is perfectly located near the Lindenauer Markt where one can find Kaufland and dm. In the direct environment you can also find bars (Georg-Schwarz-Straße for example) and restaurants. The well known Karl-Heine-Straße is not far either. :-)
