Located near the city center, the apartment is well-illuminated, high rooftops, and soundproof windows. Renovated 12 years ago. 1 kitchen fully equipped, 1 bathroom (bathtub/shower), 1 living room with a sofa, 2 tables, carpet, and a bookshelf, 3 rooms (2 are 10mts2 approx, 1 is 6mts2 approx 1double-bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa-bed can be arranged by tenants on each room), and 2 smaller spaces that can be used for storage or laundry (1 is 1,5mt2 and the other 2mts2).
No elevator on, the third floor. All rooms except storage rooms have windows that have a view of the street or an inner garden. Short-term stays are accepted for a minimum of 3 months.
Arroios is located at a 20-minute walk from the city center. The apartment is a 7-minute walk to the Intendente metro station. We ask tenants to be respectful and not too noisy, dinner and having friends over is ok, and parties at the apartment are not allowed. Let us know if you're interested.
You would live very near from the city center without all the noise and confusion of Baixa.
The apartment is located nearby "Campo Santana", a residential neighbourhood with parks, libraries, coffe shops and commerce. Walking to Baixa takes 15 minutes. Walking to "Jardim do Principe Real" takes 8 mins.
Av da Liberdade is 15 mins away. 8 min walk to the green line metro station "Intendente". 10 min walk to the blue line metro station "Restauradores". If you are into biking, you can descend to Almirante Reis (2 streets away) and use the bikelane that could take you in 10 mins to "Mercado de Arroios" (heading north) or to the river (heading south).
you can also find several cool art spaces and galleries neraby such as BOTA, Foco and Casa Independente.
If you're looking for places to study: The Goethe institute is at a 7 min walk beside the German embassy, the Universidade Nova's faculty of Medicine and the São Lazaron public library and Arquivo Municipal de Lisboa-fotográfico.
Two supermarkets located at a 5 min walking distance: Pingo Doce and Continente.
Across Almirante Reis you are at a 15 min walk to Graça or Alfama.
We have basic furniture if you have a special request we may be able to arrange it for you, please be sure to ask. Minimum period of stay is 3 months. This house is elegible for 2 to 4 people to share, depending on their necessities.
