Aus beruflichen Gründen vermieten wir unsere 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Lissabon, Stadtteil Penha de França für min. 3 Monate unter.
Die Wohnung wird komplett ausgestattet und möbliert überlassen. Sie liegt im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 2 Aufzügen. Jeweils nach Osten und Westen ausgerichtet ist die Wohnung vormittags und nachmittags sehr hell und man hat einen schönen Blick über die Stadt bis hin zum Fluss.
Die große Küche sowie die Einbauschränke in Flur und Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum.
Die Küche hat einen kleinen Essplatz, der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer ist ausziehbar für bis zu 8 Personen.
Das Sofa ist ein Klappsofa auf dem bis zu 2 (schlanke) Menschen schlafen können. Inzwischen gibt es gegenüber dem Sofa einen 46" Fernseher, der beim Fotografieren noch nicht da war.
Das Bett ist 1,4x2,0 Meter groß. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir am Fenster entlang einen gut 3 Meter langen Tisch eingebaut, an dem bequem 2 Menschen arbeiten können. Der Arbeitsbereich ist durch einen Vorhang abtrennbar.

Because of a temporary job opportunity we are renting our flat with 2 rooms (in Portuguese „T1“), with living room, bedroom with office, kitchen and bathroom.
Minimum stay is 3 months.
All equipment and furniture stays in the flat during that time.
It’s on the 5th floor, there are 2 elevators.
The windows are oriented towards east and west, so you’ll have sun all day long and there is a nice view of the city and the river.
The kitchen is quite spacious and the 2 built in wardrobes in hall and bedroom have lots of storage space.
There’s a table in the kitchen for smaller meals. The dining table in the living room is extendable and seats up to 8 people.
The sofa can open up flat so up to two (slim) people can sleep there. We now have a 46” TV on the wall across the sofa that hasn’t been there yet when the pictures were taken.
The beds’ size is 1.4x2m. Along the bedroom window we mounted an almost 3m long desk suitable for two people. The office area can be separated by a curtain.
