Das Wohnhaus mit zwei Mietparteien gehört zu einer Hofstelle und steht traufseitig zur ruhigen Dorfstraße (kein Durchgangsverkehr).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss.
Sie ist über einen Vorraum und eine Treppe mit einem kleinen Podest erreichbar. Der erste Raum wird durch ein Dachflächenfenster erhellt, von ihm aus hat man Zugang zur Kammer.
Links befindet sich ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Hof, das einen eigenen Kachelofen hat.
Weiter geht es zum größten Raum (Wohn-Ess-Küche?) mit dem zweiten Kachelofen.
Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine schließt sich an. Warmwasser wird über einen Elektroboiler erzeugt.
Eine Waschmaschine wird per Leihvertrag übernommen.
Frei ab sofort, wenn Renovierungsarbeiten übernommen werden.
