I am renting my room from the first of mai because I am moving to a new district.
The appartment is in the center of Ludwigshafen specifically Bahnhofstrasse,
it is 10 minutes away from Berliner Platz and 5mn away from LU Rathaus.
There is a turkish supermarkret 2 mn away, you can also find a Penny Market 3mn away and many other stores as bakeries and butchers.
The flat is completely furnished, but there is an Amount of 250 euros to pay for the room's furniture and it is MANDATORY if you want to rent the room.
You will be living in a shared flat with two nice people : Anne from germany a cool math teacher and Rafael from Spain, best flat mate you will ever have, who is a Spanish teacher.
The deposit is Split to two parts : 250 for the appartment and 220 for the kitchen which you will get back when you leave the appartment if you don't damage anything.
