Hi,
I will be out of the city for month and half and looking for a person/family to rent out my lovely apartment until the end of the year starting from nov-15th or maybe Dec 1st.
apartment is located next to Abbvie, close to Mannheim and close to Ludwigshafen Mitte.
I am leaving all my stuff, including 2 Alexas, roomba, Xbox with many games and online subscription, sound system, dishes, detergents etc, everything that one might need.
The apartment has 3 rooms, new renovated and fully equipped. I need a person who would take care care of the apartment and water my plants too:)
Kitchen is equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee-espresso machine etc.
parking is free and many places available. Netto is in 1min walking distance, Edeka in 5min distance.
I think the apartment would be suitable for people who are planning to Move to Mannheim-Ludwigshafen area as a transition place.
price includes everything (rent, utilities, electricity, internet).
