Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer, 1 Flur, 1 Bad mit Badewanne u Dusche (ohne Fenster), 1 Abstellkammer, 1 EBK mit Spülmaschine, 1 große Dachterrasse, 1 kleinen Balkon, 1 Kellerraum, Waschmaschinenanschluss im Waschraum im Keller, Fahrradkeller, 1 Stellplatz (31 Euro extra). Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die WOhnung ist nicht WG-geeignet. In der Wohnung wurde vor knapp 2 Jahren Teppich neu verlegt. Es fällt eine Vermittlungsprovision von 595 Euro inkl. MWS an.
