Excelent shared flat with private bathroom and terrace!

Excelent room in the second floor of the apt, lots of light, closet, desk and chair, and small sofa, bed is 1.10 mts and comfortable, it has a heater as well and during the summer you can enjoy the breeze as is the Attic, wift coverage is perfect so home working or studying is no issue.

Location

Just crossing the highway M30 which devides Madrid center to the rest of the city, the flat is 8 minutes by metro to the city center (sol), and located in a multicultural neighborhood, super safe at night and with lots of small businesses, bars, restaurants and groceries.

Flatshare Type

I'm the only one living in the apt, I work sometimes from home but mostly from the office, looking for someone who is clean and responsible, to share the apt, I am switching from AirBnB to a more long term rental, so I can adapt too many personalities, I play guitar sometimes, online games and working out are among my hobbies.
