Ich mache ein Auslandssemester von mitte August bis 20. Dez 2018 und biete in dieser Zeit meine voll ausgestattete 2 Zimmer Wohnung an. Waschmaschine, neuer Ofen mit Induktionskochplatten, großer Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sind in der Küche vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist klein aber fein. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung mit 50m² für einen Studenten großzügig bemessen.

Im großen Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett und eine Couch (als Bett ausklappbar) mit Couchtisch und einem großen verspiegelten Kleiderschrank, von dem eine abgetrennte Hälfte genutzt werden kann. Im Durchgangszimmer stehen meine Musikinstrumente, Bücherregale und ein großer Tisch für gemeinschaftliche Abende.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. Obergeschoss und ist sehr angenehm hell, vor allem Nachmittags und Abends wenn von der Westseite (wo die meisten Fenster sind) die Sonne hereinscheint.

I am currently a student at the University of Magdeburg and will be doing a semester abroad from mid August to 20th of December and my fully furnished 2 Bedroom apartment would be available during that time Included are a washing machine, new stove, microwave, fridge, double bed, couch that can be also be expanded as a bed, shower (no bathtub). It is very bright especially in the afternoon and evening when the sun is shining from the west where most of the windows are. The 50m² are generous for a single Student.
It is located in Stadtfeld-Ost in the Immermannstraße. That is not far from the main railway station of Magdeburg: 5 min by tram or bike, 17 min on foot. The bus will take you to the University in 10 minutes.
A bakery is right next door, a small grocery is 3 houses away and the next supermarket is just a 4 minute walk away.
The house has 5 floors and was built 1890 in the Gründerzeit. It is a popular middle-class neighborhood with trees in the alleyway and parking spaces on both sides of the street.
