Die B464 verbindet die A8 mit der A81 und sorgt für eine gute Auto Anbindung nach Mercedes in Sindelfingen (10 Min.) oder Böblingen Hulb (13 Min.), sowie Bosch in Renningen (11 Min.). Die S60 S-Bahn fährt von Magstadt nach Böblingen (Stuttgart Hbf in 36 Min.) oder über Renningen nach Leonberg.
In Magstadt gibt es in wenigen Gehminuten, vier Backereien, ein Edeka Supermarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Zahnärzte und alles was man so braucht.

The B464 connects the A8 with the A81 and allow you to reach the main employers in the area in less than 15 minutes, such as Mercedes in Sindelfingen (10 Min.) or Böblingen Hulb (13 Min.) as well as Bosch in Renningen (11 Min.). The S60 S-Bahn goes from Magstadt to Böblingen, where after switching to a regional train or the S1, allows you to arrive at Stuttgart Hbf in 36 Min. The S60 also goes a north loop around Stuttgart to Renningen, Leonberg and Zuffenhausen.
WIthin walking distance in Magstadt there are: Four bakeries, Edeka grocery store, pharmacy and S-Bahn station. The city hall with foreigners office right across the street.
