Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und TV. Die Küche ist eine Singleküche mit 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank. Kein Backofen.
Was genau alles drinbleiben bzw. raus soll, können wir persönlich klären.
Fahrrad kann man im Innenhof abstellen. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze, die bezahlt werden müssen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Münsterplatz. Wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof, Rewe, Post und Bäcker sowie zur Alt- und Neustadt. Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Unauffällige Nachbarn.
Das Haus hat leider ein Baugerüst und der Hausflur ist in keinem guten Zustand, die Bauarbeiten verzögern sich aber noch bis Sommer, Baulärm kann ich daher ausschließen. Wen die Außenumstände nicht abschrecken, kann sich gerne melden.
