Apartment for rent in Mainz. Its a 38 square meters apartment composed by a living-room-kitchen, a bathroom a small hall and a bedroom . It has also a small balcony. The rent is 420€ plus around 90€ for gas an electricity. The flat is fully furnished and I am just looking for people that would like to make a deal for the furniture, I am asking for 800€ for (two beds (one used as a sofa), washing machine, two fridges, microwave oven, gas and electric ovens, desk, tables, chairs lamps, one bike etc..) The prize is negotiable. The flat would be available from 1st december 2014 on.
It is located in Lessingplatz (Neustadt) very close to the city center and the main train station. 10 min walking to the train station, 5 min to the closest bus station. Supermarket at 3 min walking. Nice and quite area, close to a small park and 10 min to the river.
The person interested in the flat should be willing to take over the furniture. If you have any question, want to have a look on the apartment or need any further info just write me an email to .
