Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab 1.11.2020 für meine Wohnung in 82229 Seefeld.
Es ist eine gemütliche ~38m2 Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Aufgrund der Dachschräge ist der Wohnung größer als die angegebene Quadratmeterzahl. Auf jeder Seite der Dachschräge hinter der Kniestock befindet sich sehr großzügige Lagerbereiche (jeweils ~20m2).
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude, einen Keller (~10m2) und einen offenen Balkon (~8m2).
Die neuwertige einbau Küche und Waschmaschine sind von der Nachmieter abzulösen.
Die Küche wurde von mir gekauft und ist erst 3,5 Jahre alt (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Kochplatte).
Der ablösungspreis für die Küche und die Waschmaschine: 900€
Die derzeitige Miete für die Wohnung beträgt 715e (warmmiete), aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob der Vermieter das nicht erhöhen wurde.

I am looking for somebody to take over the apartment in 82229 Seefeld.
It is a cosy ~38m2 apartment in the attic. Due to the sloping roof, the actual space in the apartment is bigger than the specified square footage. Each side of the sloping roof includes a huge storage area where the roof drops to the floor (~20m2 each).
The apartment comes with a private parking spot in front of the building, a basement (~10m2) and an open balcony (~8m2).
The apartment comes with a kitchen and a washing machine which is mandatory to be taken over.
The kitchen was bought by me and is 3.5 years old (fridge with a freezer, stove and kitchen elements).
The price of the kitchen and the washing machine: 900e
The current rent for the apartment is 715e (Warmmiete), but I am not sure whether the landlord will keep it the same.

Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Busbahnhof und 25 Minuten vom Bahnhof Sbahn (S8) entfernt.
Der Bus fährt <5 Minuten (3 Haltestellen) zum Bahnhof.
