Die Küche ist in dem Esszimmer integriert und bietet daher einen wunderbaren offenen Raum. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine , Trockner, Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank sowie einen Eisschrank, Ceranherd mit Abzugshaub sowie einem Tresen. Durch die vielen großen Fenster ist die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet. Der Boden ist aus Parket und generell ist alles eher neu gehalten.
The appartment is in the second floor of a pretty and old building. Given that the flat has only one 22 m² sleeping room it is not made for a shared apartment. The kitchen is integrated in the the living room and presents a beautiful open space. The apartment has a dish washer, wash machine, dryer, a large fridge and a freezer, a ceran stove, a cooker hood and a bar. Thanks to the many large windows the entire apartment is fulll of light. The floor is made out of parquet.
Die Wohnung liegt in in B2,14. Das wohl schönste an der Wohnung ist, dass sie direkt am Schillerpark liegt und man einen tollen Ausblick auf eine der wenigen Grünflächen von Mannheims Innenstadt erhält. Die Universität ist in weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Netto, Rewe sowie der Basic Bio Shop sind ebenfalls in weniger als drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schloss ist keine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Ebenso liegen zahlreiche Nextbike Stationen um die Wohnung herum. Bis zum Ausgehviertel Jungbusch sind es mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls keine fünf Minuten, zu Fuß cir. 15.
The apartment is in B2 14. The best about it is the location directly next to one of Mannheim's few green spots and gives a beautiful view over the Schillerpark. The university is less than two minute away by foot. Several supermarkets like Netto, Rewe and Basic are in walking distance as well. The tramstation Schloss is less than a minute away. Further, there are many Nextbike stations close around. To the party zone of Mannheim (Jungbusch) it is around five minutes by bike, 15 by foot.
Da wir selbst Sachen vom Vormieter übernehmen mussten und ebenfalls Sachen hier lassen werden, ist eine Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 650€ zu leisten. Die Abschlagzahlung beinhaltet zwei Barhocker mit Bezug, einen Großen Holztisch mit 4 Stühlen, einen großen weißen Wohnzimmertisch, einen großen Kleiderschrank, eine neugekaufte Waschmaschine sowie einen Trockner.
Die Abschlagssumme ist nicht verhandelbar, daher bitten wir von Abfragen abzusehen welche nicht bereit sind , die Abschlagszahlung zu leisten.
Die Stromkosten sind in den Nebenkosten nicht inbegriffen und belaufen sich bei unserem aktuellen Anbieter MVV auf 52€.
Since we needed to take over some stuff from the former renters we will also leave some things in the apartment. We will leave two bar chairs, a large wooden table with four chairs, a large white living room table, a large wardrobe, a new wash machine and a dryer. For all of this we would like to have 650 €. The sum is not negotiable, pleaes contact us only if you are considering to pay this sum.
The electricity costs are not included in the bills and need to be paid extra. Currently with the provider MVV this is 52€ per month.
