We are going on a 6 months holiday and are therefore planning to sublet our fully furnished flat. This consists of 2 rooms and a spacious kitchen. We have been using one room as a dormitory and the other as a Living/guest/work-room.
In the dormitory, there is a big wardrobe and a bed, while in the living room you can find a couch, a desk, chair(s) and an armchair. The kitchen has everything you need (stove, oven, cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, etc.)
The flat is on the second floor, with lots of direct sunlight throughout the day.
The flat is perfectly located less than 5 minutes walking to Paradeplatz/Marktplatz, where you can find lots of VRN tram/bus connections. 20 minutes walking distance to Mannheim Hauptbahnhof.
The shopping options are plenty, with various specialty shops literally in the same building, Lidl, Rewe and other supermarkets are <5 min away.
There is a plethora of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance.
Given that we are offering a fully furnished apartment, we will be charging a negotiable €300 monthly fee for the use of the flat. Additionally, the internet via Vodafone DSL 50 MB costs 36€
