The beautiful, large and bright 66 sqm apartment is on the 4th floor. The apartment is completely renovated in 2021 (new flooring, new wallpaper, new paint, new sockets and light switches).
The rooms have two resp. three large windows and are very bright. The rooms and the kitchen are rented with new furniture (see photos). The sofa bed in both rooms are extendable to fit two people. The bathroom is also completely renovated (new tiles floor and walls, new shower, new toilet, new washbasin, repainted). The large kitchen-living room is also completely renovated with a new fitted kitchen including a new oven, new ceramic hob, new refrigerator and new dishes. New kitchen table, new chairs, new laminate flooring as well as newly painted. In the kitchen there is also a comfortable sofa and a large TV with matching shelf. The hallway is also just renovated, newly wallpapered, repainted and has a new laminate flooring.
Die Wohnung liegt im trendigen Jungbusch, direkt an der Grenze zur Innenstadt.
In Jungbusch wimmelt es nur so von Kneipen, Bars, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften.
Aber auch ein Kino und ein Theater sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Mehrere Bäcker und Supermärkte in 2-5 Minuten per Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Universität ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
