Numerous cafés, restaurants, and bars in the immediate area invite you to linger and enjoy. The city center is also just a few minutes away and easily accessible. The apartment also impresses with its well-thought-out layout and offers a pleasant living atmosphere.

Almost all of the furniture shown in the photos must be taken over for a one-time payment of €2,000 – this includes the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The only thing you would need to bring when moving in is a mattress.

The apartment is available from May 1st.
