Jedoch können von hier aus alle Arten von Cafés, Bars, Clubs, Restaurants und andere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie auch das Mannheimer Stadtzentrum entspannt zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es ist eine großartige Balance zwischen einer pulsierenden Nachbarschaft, die niemals schläft, und einem sicheren Hafen, um eine Pause einzulegen. Sowohl die Innenstadt als auch die Universität Mannheim sind nur etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

There is a small hallway, a bathroom with a shower, one bedroom, a kitchen united with a living room, and a small storage room. The apartment comes fully equipped, with all the furniture and appliances you will need (a bed, a cupboard, a wardrobe, drawers, a couch, a work desk and a kitchen island with chairs, …) Some smaller pieces of furniture and decor that you see on the pictures can be negotiated for sale as well. The apartment also has a big TV with the functions of watching YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime on a big screen.
The kitchen is very well-equipped: there is a fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, etc. All the necessary cutlery, utensils, cookware, and tableware also come with the apartment. From one of the windows, you can enjoy the view of beautiful sunsets over the Neckar river.
While being located in the party center of Mannheim - Jungbusch - the apartment is on a quiet and safe street. However, you can find all kinds of cafes, bars, clubs, restaurants, and other entertainment within walking distance. It is a great balance between a vibrant neighborhood that never sleeps and a safe haven to catch a break.
Both the city center and the University of Mannheim are just about 10-15 minutes away on foot. You can quickly reach Penny, Aldi, Lidl, and other grocery stores. Apart from that, there is a gas station nearby with a supermarket that works seven days a week. There is bike parking in the inner courtyard and car parking is possible on the street.
